Energy Manager

YOUR TASKS:
- Managing energy purchase activities of Polish plants:
- Budgeting, planning and forecasting electricity demand
- Being the contact person for current / potential energy suppliers, and other Kronospan sites worldwide related to energy purchasing activities, cooperating with brokers
- Executing energy supply contracts in accordance to the commercial targets
- Participating to future contract negotiations - Strategical project management:
- Analyzing alternative energy sources
- Auditing energy usage at Polish sites and providing solutions for energy balancing during high consumption periods
- Responsibility of related documentation, certification processes and relations with authorities
- Managing cost optimization program - Reviewing and reporting on a range of data and management information:
- Analyzing energy usage at Polish sites, issuing efficiency improvement recommendations according to the energy consumption
- Continuously analyzing the condition of energy market / prices and advising board about energy market

- Good command on Energy market, legal regulations of the market and prices,
- Negotiation skills,
- Very good knowledge of English, and German would be an asset,
