- Bachelor degree in marketing, business or related field;
- Good spoken and written English, level C2;
- Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role;
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices in B2B, B2C;
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS;
- Experience with SEO reporting;
- Hands on experience with tools (e.g. SEMRush, Serpstats, Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Keyword planner, WebTrends);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.

- Developing and executing successful SEO strategies across crypto/blockchain brands;
- Conducting keyword research to guide content teams;
- Reviewing technical SEO issues and recommend fixes;
- Optimizing website content, landing pages and paid search copy;
- Directing off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building);
- Collecting data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects;
- Working with teams to optimize campaigns;
- Keeping abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends;
- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies;
- Coordinating content, design, social media, performance marketing and other activities;
- Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance.
