Accounting Sales Team Leader
We are currently looking for candidates for the position:
Accounting Sales Team Leader
Miejsce pracy: Gorzów Wielkopolski
We expect You to have:
- knowledge of the Accounting Act
- knowledge of the VAT Act
- business terms knowledge (Incoterms, Financial flows)
- good english skills
- experience in accounting – 5 years minimum
- knowledge about SAP is appreciated
Responsibilities:
- coordination of the sales team
- issuing invoices and correction invoices
- invoice booking
- cooperation with IT department to implement electronic invoices
- cooperation with the other departments (supply chain, warehouse, quality)
- verification of VAT evidence
- verification customers in Vies
- balance confirmation with customers
