Wunder, an international network of independent digital agencies, is looking for an experienced sales manager to collaborate on internet marketing solutions (media, SEO, SMM, programmatic) for the opening office in Poland.

Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Job description:
  • B2B sales of marketing solutions (such as developing media strategies, setting up and managing Google/Meta advertising campaigns; SEO; SMM) to target agency clients according to ICP.
  • Sales development within the existing CRM-based client base; updating and expanding the customer database.
  • Collaboration with the technical department to prepare digital/SMM strategies, SEO audits, and media plans.
  • Organization and participation in all stages of B2B sales: preparing commercial proposals, conducting meetings, handling objections, managing relevant documentation.
  • Achieving monthly KPIs for sales volume.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Successful experience in project closure with a high check and a long deal cycle.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the media or advertising field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of the media and advertising market.
  • Essential: proficiency in English or Belarusian/Ukrainian for interaction with the back office in Kazakhstan, Estonia and Belarus.
  • Having contacts or established business connections would be a significant advantage.
