For our client, an international renewable energy group and one of the longest-present RES developers in Poland, we are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager for development department.


Commercial project manager (Wind, PV)
Responsibilities
  • Structuring and optimizing of international renewable energy investments (focus on pv [and onshore wind]) with regard to commercial, contractual and tax aspects
  • Advising and supporting the project team in all commercial aspects of development and execution of renewable energy projects
  • Financial modelling and evaluation of business cases for renewable energy investments and maintaining the financial model during the development cycle of the projects until Project Finance and / or Project Sale.
  • Prepare commercial analysis and documentation for investment board approvals
  • Supporting the transaction team in the Project Finance and / or Project Sale of the projects
  • Prepare valuations and commercial analysis for acquisition of project rights
Competences
  • Academic degree preferably in the field of economics, finance, business administration or industrial engineering – specialization in renewable energy is a plus
  • Professional experience in the field of structuring or valuation of renewable energy projects (min. 2 years)
  • Very good MS Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Very good knowledge of English (Internal: Should always be fluent in the language where he/she would be based)
  • A high degree of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
  • High team-working ability and cooperation in international project teams
