It is our ambition to ensure business continuity for Platforms & Applications services. We deliver services in alignment with customers needs, with honesty and transparency and work to achieve Platforms & Applications landscape simplification & standardization jointly with the Business. We are looking for you as a new member of our dynamic and international team!
End-to-end responsibility for maintenance of applications;
Coordinating development and software releases;
Shaping of roadmap for applications;
Accountability for the resolution for any incidents, requests, changes or projects which have, or might have, a major impact on the relevant IT application;
Understanding SOX/JSOX ITGC Controls
Triggering and driving improvement initiatives on quality of service, ensuring better alignment with business needs;
Leading the Service Review Meetings to review the status and quality of the application/service;
Support in cost estimates and project plans for the applications or integration platforms in scope;
Lead the execution of IT solution/service delivery by internal IT delivery team members, as well as external third-party IT service suppliers in a “managed service” model.
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economy or related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience managing global application/services or implementation projects;
Good organization and self-discipline, time management and decisiveness;
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential;
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Team management skills;
IT service management experience (including ITIL knowledge) is a must.
