SENLA helps major players in the financial, banking and medical markets to develop projects. We work in the customers team, create the concept of a software product, find non-standard solutions, conduct analytics, develop, test and implement projects.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating office support and office maintenance as needed.
- Greeting office visitors, answering phone calls.
- Monitoring the staff’s needs.
- Organizing corporate events.
- Preparing employees for international business trips (tickets and hotel booking, visas, etc.).
- Filling in information into corporate systems.
- Postal coordination.
Requirements:
- Good self-organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident PC and office equipment user.
- Knowledge of the basics of document management.
- Proficiency in English, at least B2.
- Proficiency in Polish, at least B1.
Nice to have:
- Experience working as a secretary in hotel business or in the tourism sphere.
- A higher education.
