  • Coordinating office support and office maintenance as needed.
  • Greeting office visitors, answering phone calls.
  • Monitoring the staff’s needs.
  • Organizing corporate events.
  • Preparing employees for international business trips (tickets and hotel booking, visas, etc.).
  • Filling in information into corporate systems.
  • Postal coordination.
  • Good self-organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident PC and office equipment user.
  • Knowledge of the basics of document management.
  • Proficiency in English, at least B2.
  • Proficiency in Polish, at least B1.
Nice to have:
  • Experience working as a secretary in hotel business or in the tourism sphere.
  • A higher education.
