Sales Manager – Machine Tools Systems

Our customer is located in Germany and operates in several countries in Europe and in the world. This is a producer of tools systems for machining sector. Now we are looking for a person who will be responsible for sales in Poland:
Sales Manager – Machine Tools Systems
Location: Southern Poland

Your tasks:
- Planning and prioritizing activities to develop relationships, inquiry levels and orders.
- Participation in creating price calculations.
- Negotiating and concluding contracts.
- Acquisition of new clients.
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.
- Market research.
- Participation in trade fairs.
- Implementation of training courses, symposia, meetings for clients.
- Preparation of required reports.
- Sales plan execution.
- Making visits at customers.
- Responsibility for the quality of service.
- Compliance with internal procedures for granting credit to customers.
- Active support in debts recovery.
- Signing agreements / offers in accordance with the received power of attorney and internal company procedures.
- Work in the home office system.
We expect:
- Very good knowledge of the production industry in Poland (especially southern part of Poland).
- Good knowledge of the machine tools systems (chucks, face drivers, vices, clamping systems, etc.)
- Work experience on a Sales Manager (KAM) position.
- High level of self-motivation and orientation on goals.
- Technical education / background (mechanical engineering, tools engineering, etc.).
- Communicative English (or German).
- You operate mostly in the southern part of Poland.
