We are currently looking for candidates to Coloplast Business Centre for a Team Leader position.

About the department

You are offered a unique opportunity to join a Global Commercial Support department consisting of Direct Services, Consumer Sales Support, B2B Sales and Digital Marketing. The position of a Team Leader is placed in the Consumer Sales Support area. We are mainly responsible for entering customers’ data into a database and processing sample orders.

The job

Manage a team of app. 15 people
Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
Recruit and develop team members
Motivate team to achieve individual and common objectives
Maintain good working relationships with multiple global and internal stakeholders
Deliver on respective part of Coloplast and CPBC strategy
Deliver on department projects

Qualifications
We believe that working with a Consumer Sales Support team requires:

+1 year of experience in managing a team
Good knowledge of English – B2 level or higher
Strong communication and leadership skills
Fast learning
Challenging status quo
Translating ideas into action
Proper work prioritization
Good numerical and analytical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Quality and continuous improvement mindset
Some experience with projects – especially automation ones are appreciated
