Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We’re seeking a self-driven and ambitious CEO to take operational leadership of our company. You’ll work closely with the founder to shape and execute the next stage of our growth — from hiring and compliance to operational scale and regulatory strategy. Were a lean team, and we expect you to lead by example: executing tasks yourself while building and managing a high-performance team around you.

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive business execution across teams
• Build out critical company functions (accounting, compliance, ops, support)
• Oversee regulatory compliance (Polish and EU-level), including MiCA license strategy
• Support fundraising and strategic partnerships with financial institutions
• Work closely with the founder to define and track KPIs, product rollouts, and risk controls
• Maintain a culture of ownership, integrity, and speed within a small but ambitious team

• Proven leadership experience in a financial institution (bank, neobank, fintech, PSP)
• Hands-on operator with a "do-it-yourself" attitude, especially in early-stage environments
• Strong drive and resilience; ability to overcome challenges and deliver results independently
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-evolving fintech/crypto landscape
• High ethical standards and track record of transparency and accountability
• Fluent in English and Polish
