Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities and performance of the team, including running discovery calls, assignment and tracking of cases and EOD/WBR reports.
  • People management of PA community for their respective region
  • Ability to gather, analyze and articulate high level business (and operational) insights to share back with the business, based on incoming volumes of requests as well as anecdotal feedback from team and stakeholders.
  • Lead Sales engagements both on a one-on-one basis through collaboration on incoming requests, as well as with Sales leaders to understand business needs, share back cluster performance and articulate any requests for them.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content: pitch decks, one-pagers and proposals, in line with Googles standards and guidelines.
  • Identify deviations from established processes/scope as well as suggest, implement and monitor the impact of improvements.
  • Support content repository creation to store research information, design templates and training materials.
  • Develop and conduct vertical and solution focused specialization programs for pitch analysts.
Your profile:
  • Preferred MBA from a recognized institution, with Bachelors in a quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of overall experience.
  • Demonstrated achievements in Market Research/ Field Sales (preferred) /Inside Sales (preferred) / Consulting/Technology Research.
  • Proven experience in making high quality pitch decks.
  • Significant pedagogical experience and demonstrated ability in building research teams.
  • Knowledge of English language on at least C1 level.
  • Excellent numeric, economic, and analytical skills with exposure to technology (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal & client relationship skills.
  • Strong Client Focus and “can-do” attitude.
  • Assimilates information quickly to get to the key facts.
  • Breaks down a problem into straightforward actions and tasks.
  • Anticipates and resolves potential problems.
  • Applies a logical approach to the analysis of information and data.
  • Maintains confidentiality of information used and exchanged during research.
  • Ability to work in a team.
