As Order Management Team Lead youll be responsible for:

Team Management
Management of Product & Distribution Complaint
Returns Processing
Delivery Management
Customer Master Management
Customer Order Intake and Processing
Order Errors / Exception Management
Order Validation
Performing Billing & Invoicing
Verbal and written communication with Customers

What do we expect?

+3 years of business experience in customer service role (Order Management Process preferred) and team management
Knowledge of OTC – Order Management life cycle, SAP order processing and understanding of SOX Process Control
Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact .
Ideally fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form
Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience
Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task
Understanding of Supply Chain and DSCSA regulation requirements (nice to have)
