PMO Manager

Your Tasks
  • Ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are maintained
  • Establish Service improvement activities to ensure actions are followed to completion in a timely manner that great customer service is provided at all times
  • Being responsible for the delivery and quality of Tower EPRS PMO standards and services on the assigned accounts
  • Managing team performance through effectively monitoring, controlling and supporting service delivery.
  • Ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are followed
  • Conduct Standard Checks
  • Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and hiring talent to fulfill team positions
  • On-Boarding activities for new Team Leads (Equipment, Accesses, Training Plan), including overseeing new Project Assistants on-boarding
  • Supporting Team Leads with Performance assessment for Project Assistants
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing team members providing development planning and opportunities
  • Conflict Management within the teams

Our Requirements
  • Fluent English 
  • Leadership skills
  • Determination, autonomy and personal motivation
  • Ability to work under pressure
Would be an asset
  • Previous experience in Project Management Office
