Control Room Manager

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Responsible for escalations during incidents and other operational matters.
Coordination of measures for the elimination of incidents and ensuring their processing.
Monitoring compliance with the service level agreement (SLA).
Liaise with Operations, WMS Dev and the Customer to optimize the automation solutions in warehouse.
Operational process improvements and improving the performance of WMS through change requests.
Responsible for planning resources, software releases and their validation.
Close co-operation with customers and other third-party suppliers.
Steering of a continuous improvement process to regularly increase the quality of the Control Room.
Participation in creating the areas budget.
Managing a team of employees.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum 2 years of experience in a position related to managing a team of employees and external customer service.
Knowledge and skills in supporting warehouse and logistics processes.
Category B driving license.
English knowledge (min B2).
Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel).
Knowledge of LEAN, KAIZEN, 5S, IMS.
Ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) is desirable.
Ability to manage a team of employees and to motivate others.
