Control Room Manager

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Responsible for escalations during incidents and other operational matters.
  • Coordination of measures for the elimination of incidents and ensuring their processing.
  • Monitoring compliance with the service level agreement (SLA).
  • Liaise with Operations, WMS Dev and the Customer to optimize the automation solutions in warehouse.
  • Operational process improvements and improving the performance of WMS through change requests.
  • Responsible for planning resources, software releases and their validation.
  • Close co-operation with customers and other third-party suppliers.
  • Steering of a continuous improvement process to regularly increase the quality of the Control Room.
  • Participation in creating the areas budget.
  • Managing a team of employees.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a position related to managing a team of employees and external customer service.
  • Knowledge and skills in supporting warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Category B driving license.
  • English knowledge (min B2).
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel).
  • Knowledge of LEAN, KAIZEN, 5S, IMS.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) is desirable.
  • Ability to manage a team of employees and to motivate others.
