A-Sense Company was established in 2017. We operate in the chemical industry and the companys main segment is the production of chemical products tailored to specific customer needs. In the companys offer, in addition to finished products, intermediates and raw materials, you can find services involving the development and implementation of new technologies and the production of specialty chemicals through tailor-made synthesis. A-Sense, thanks to its very well-equipped analytical laboratory, also provides services in the area of chemical analysis. The company undertakes cooperation mainly on a B2B basis.

Your responsibilities:

Coordinating the work of team members
Developing the structure and competence of the team
Active participation in research work
Participating in processes scale up
Performing literature reviews and preparation of information batches for patent and grant applications
Cooperation with the Chemical Analysis Department and the Synthetic Products Department
Representing the company at meetings requiring specialized knowledge

Our requirements:

PhD in chemical sciences, organic or organometallic synthesis preferred
Experience in laboratory work - min. 5 years
Knowledge of synthetically useful analytical methods
Experience in team management - min. 2 years (will be an advantage)
Ambition and commitment
Ability to work under time pressure
English – advanced (speaking and writing)
